You are not limited to any design! If you can conceptualize a building using traditional brick and mild steel columns we can frame the same as a Steelvilla Caribbean building for you, with greater resistance to natural elements such as hurricanes and earthquakes.
Steelvilla Caribbean brings great efficiencies to building multi-residential, commercial complexes and office buildings up to five (5) floors high. Our framing solution can be used as the load-bearing structural framework, thus reducing poured concrete usage by up to 50%. For taller buildings, it can be combined with concrete or structural steel according to local civil and structural engineering specification.
